Our areas of practice for these industries focus on complex real estate transactions, acquisitions, development, sales, leases, subleases, sub-subleases, commercial financing, zoning, tax increment financing, environmental due diligence and remediation, insurance, real estate taxes and operating contracts. We represent clients whose operations are located throughout the United States (from California to Indiana and from Michigan to Texas) and Canada.
