difficult and liberal jurisdictions in the country. Our
partner in charge of corporate and commercial law, Richard Meives, holds a
Master's of Law in Taxation. Tom Kernell, who heads our “toxic” tort unit
has defended asbestos claims in Madison County, Illinois for over 20 years.
